Delicious breakfast in the city center

The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore local shops and cafes. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, ensuring a great start to each day. The staff went out of their way to help us book tables for New Year’s Eve, which added to our experience.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky as taxi drivers were confused about the location. While the room was comfortable, it diverged from the online photos. I also noticed a persistent odor from the bathroom, which was disappointing during my stay.

Parking arrangement could use improvement!!! It's two streets away and has no guard at night!!! Dim bathroom lighting made personal grooming a hassle!!! I dealt with a consistent unpleasant smell wafting from the bathroom!!!

The spacious family room had a cozy atmosphere with double sinks in the bathroom, making it convenient for everyone. The staff was exceptionally helpful. Selim especially went out of his way to assist us with our requests. Breakfast had a variety of choices, including fresh fruits and Turkish options, enhancing our morning. Unfortunately, the poor WiFi connectivity disrupted our plans, making it tough to stay connected. Additionally, the bathroom lighting could use improvement, as it was dim and made personal grooming more challenging. These issues detracted slightly from our overall enjoyment.

I had such a nice stay! The coffee at breakfast was excellent, and I loved the cleanliness throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, the kettle in the room was broken, but overall it was really satisfying.

my stay at b loft was fantastic, especially since it was my first group visit to bursa. the rooms were big and nice, with a comfy mattress and spacious shower. the staff was friendly and even helped us find nearby restaurants.
